My Aunt Gail is building her fourth house and this one she says will be a "barn-dominium." She was delighted and so animated telling all about it when we visited her in Alabama back in May 2022. I couldn't get it out of my mind...her delight, how cute she is and the thought of it made me smile. So I'm obsessed with old barns anyway and the idea seemed so fun so I painted my thoughts and what I think the journey to Aunt Gail's Barn-dominium will be. 36X36X2 oil and cold wax on wood panel.
